The next two months are going to be intense. Studying. Interviews. School. Mixers.
A lot of you are asking me: How do you do it?
The answer is complicated, but it comes down to one key thing:
Coming to love the process.
Until you start to truly enjoy talking about yourself and selling yourself to employers, the process will seem tedious, unpleasant and very, very stressful.
But how do you come to enjoy recruiting?
It comes down to these three things:
- Preparing until you’re qualified and knowledgeable enough to hold your own in interviews.
- Committing yourself to becoming the best candidate on the market.
- Recognizing that the interviewer is not your opponent, but your ally.
